Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and whisk until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
