50 g (1 c) mini Ritz crackers

10 g (1/8 c) pistachios

10 g (1/8 c) almonds

10 g (1/8 c) dried mango pieces


Instructions

Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients

Before you start, measure out all your ingredients. This ensures everything is ready to go, making the process smooth and efficient.

Step 2: Melt the Butter and Marshmallows

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

  • Add the mini marshmallows and continuously stir until they are fully melted and smooth.

Step 3: Incorporate the Powdered Milk

  • Once the marshmallow mixture is melted, stir in the powdered milk.

  • Mix well until fully combined and smooth. This step gives the bars a creamy, subtle richness.

Step 4: Add the Dry Ingredients

  • Remove the saucepan from the heat.

  • Fold in the crushed Ritz crackers, pistachios, almonds, and dried mango pieces.

  • Stir until everything is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.

Step 5: Shape the Bars

  • Line a small rectangular pan with parchment paper.

  • Pour the mixture into the pan and press it down evenly.
