π§ Cream cheese frosting:
π§ 4 oz cream cheese (113g)
π§ 3 tablespoon butter (42g)
πΏ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
π¬ 1 cup powdered erythritol (120g)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet. Cream butter and erythritol until smooth. Whisk in egg, vanilla, vinegar, and food coloring. Mix in almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Scoop dough into 9 balls, flatten, and bake for 10 minutes. Cool before frosting with cream cheese mixture.
