Ingredients
🍫 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (30g)
🍫 ½ tsp baking powder (2g)
🍫 1 large egg
🍫 2 tbsp heavy cream (30ml)
🍫 3 tbsp erythritol (36g)
🍫 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
🍫 1 pinch salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix erythritol and cocoa powder, reserving 1 tsp for serving.
In another bowl, whisk the egg until soft.
Combine the egg with the cocoa mixture, adding baking powder, vanilla, cream, and salt.
Grease 2 muffin cups and pour the batter in.
Bake for 10 minutes, ensuring a soft center.
Serve on a plate, sprinkled with reserved cocoa-erythritol mixture if desired.
