Description

Indulge in cheesy goodness with low-carb, crispy cauliflower delight!


Ingredients

🥦 1 head cauliflower (about 4 cups processed)

🥚 2 eggs, lightly beaten

🧀 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan

🌿 1/2 tsp. oregano

🧀 1 1/2 cups shredded white Cheddar


Instructions

1. Cut cauliflower into florets and process until rice-like.

2. Mix cauliflower, eggs, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.

3. Heat skillet, form patties, and cook until golden.

4. Add cheese, top with another patty, and melt.
