Ingredients
🧀 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (170g)
🧀 2 ounces cream cheese (56g)
🥚 1 egg
🌰 3/4 cup almond flour (75g)
🧂 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
🧀 1/2 cup ricotta (120g)
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella (113g)
🍖 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled (150g)
🥚 1 egg (for topping)
🌿 1 teaspoon dried oregano
🧂 1 teaspoon coarse salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave for 90 seconds.
3. Mix in egg, almond flour, and baking powder; knead into dough.
4. Divide dough into 3 parts, roll into 8-inch circles.
5. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, and sausage; fill half of each circle.
6. Fold, seal edges, brush with egg, and sprinkle with oregano and salt.
7. Bake for 20-26 minutes until golden brown.
