Savory meatballs packed with flavor, perfect for healthy snacking!


Ingredients

🥩 1.5 lb ground beef or pork

🥬 2 cups coleslaw mix

🧄 2 tsp minced garlic

🥚 1 egg

🧄 2 tsp ginger paste

🥢 3 tbsp soy sauce

🍖 1 cup pork rind crumbs


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and knead together with your hands until well incorporated.

Form the mixture into 30 evenly sized meatballs, and place them on a baking rack that has been placed on top of a baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through completely.
