Crispy cheese, savory bacon, and fresh spinach create pure bliss!
Ingredients
🧀 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
🧀 6 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
🥓 5 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
🥬 3 cups Raw Spinach
🧄 2 tsp Bacon Grease or olive oil
🧄 2 tsp Minced Garlic
🧂 Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Arrange the mozzarella cheese into circles on a large parchment lined baking sheet.
Heat the bacon grease or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in the spinach, and sauté until wilted.
Mix together the cream cheese, bacon, spinach, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.
Bake the cheese in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are browned and crispy.
Remove the baking sheet, and let the cheese circles cool for 2 minutes.
Place a spoonful of filling down the center of each circle of cheese.
Carefully and quickly roll the cheese closed over the filling.
Allow the rollups to cool and crisp up before serving.
