Tender tuna, melted cheddar, and tangy sauce create blissful bites.
Ingredients
🥒 1-¾ oz pickles
🥄 ¼ cup mayo
🍅 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
🐟 2 cans (5 oz each) canned tuna, drained
🧅 1-½ tbsp green onions, chopped
🧂 ¼ tsp salt
🧂 ¼ tsp black pepper
🧄 ¼ tsp garlic powder
🥄 ¼ cup mayo
🫒 1 tsp olive oil
🧀 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Finely dice pickles and mix with mayo and ketchup; set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine tuna, green onion, salt, pepper, garlic, and mayo.
3. Heat half the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Shape tuna mix into a patty and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Flip, add cheese, cover to melt, and cook another 1-2 minutes.
6. Repeat for the second patty and serve with special sauce.
